An interactive & fun dance workshop for seniors and their loved ones to classic Bollywood music.

This seniors workshop will be led by Bollywood Dance School, a global dance organization that provides dance classes for all age groups in numerous dance styles throughout the GTA. Their motto is “connecting global communities through dance” as we will get the opportunity to be guided and connected through an interactive dance routine to classic Bollywood music.

This workshop will consist of Bollywood Dance School leading seniors and their accompanying loved ones through a fun and interactive dance routine to classic old Bollywood music, hence a blast from the past! We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle or glass of water.

Although this event is for seniors, we encourage family members to join their loved ones to make them feel more comfortable and encourage movement.
