#ChangeYourSOCH
January 31, 2020 @ 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm
About this Event
SOCH in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu means “to think” or “a thought”. SOCH Mental Health truly believes that they can change the South Asian community’s perceptions towards mental health and mental illness through our community impacted conversations. To date, SOCH has facilitated over 50 workshops with a number of community partners as well as established a strong online presence to empower the community with mental health knowledge.
We are organizing a #ChangeYourSOCH Fundraiser to raise money to expand our programming for 2020/2021 to support our community’s rising mental health needs. All proceeds from the fundraiser will be going towards SOCH Mental Health.
We are excited to bring you together for a night of intimacy, vulnerability, and resiliency.
