Maneet Chahal- RN, BScN, MSc is a mental health nurse who has co-founded SOCH, a global South Asian mental health initiative. Through her personal and professional clinical nursing practice she aspires to strengthen coping and resilience for those impacted by mental health.
2020 has been an especially challenging year for many. With covid-19 cases increasing the community at large is facing another wave of restrictions to their way of living. It was already challenging enough to adjust to the “new life” in March. This time around could be especially hard as we face the winter months ahead of us.
This series is for anyone struggling with the pandemic or wanting to strengthen their current coping with the pandemic.
Let’s together build a supportive community to thrive during these uncertain times.
