SOCH Mental Health in collaboration with Brampton Crematorium and Visitation Center is providing a 6 week South Asian Grief Support Program. This support group is designed to create a safe space for community members to come discuss their loss, while understanding and supporting one another’s process of healing.

The 6 week journey will include: sharing your loss, understanding the grieving process, exploring healthy coping, strengthening self-care practices, discussing grief and social relationships, and learning to channel your grief.

This will be a closed group with 15 spots.
